SQL New Blogger Challenge, Week 1: Just write!

It’s already time for week 1 of this round of the SQL New Blogger Challenge! I have to admit that it snuck up on me this time. That doesn’t matter so much, honestly. The important thing is to write something so you can build the habit.

So what are you writing about? Here are a few ideas of posts you can write quickly:

  • Introduce yourself! It’s a great way to start a new blog, especially if you’ve never written online before.
  • If you attendedĀ PASS Summit or SQL Intersections last week, tell us about an announcement you saw or a session you attended that you liked.

If you don’t have a blog yet, it’s not too late. Blogs can be created very quickly on sites like wordpress.com or blogger.com. You can also post on social networking sites like Facebook or LinkedIn. Don’t worry at this point about making it look great; the idea is just to get started. You can add your own visual style later.

My post will be out sometime later today. I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
